Shooting at Kendal

Shooting is not only seen as a method of self defence. As a sport, it has the additional benefits of enhancing hand-eye coordination; improving your self discipline, focus and concentration; developing your sense of accomplishment as well as being an entertaining form of relaxation to help you de-stress from the hectic work week. If you are a licensed firearms holder, consistent practice should be your aim to ensure that your firearm handling skills are maintained in the event that you have to utilize your weapon. If you are not a licensed firearm holder, but interested in shooting sports, Kendal offers a diverse selection of pistols and shotguns for your use, as well as qualified range officers who provide instruction on the necessities of gun handling and shooting.

Kendal allows shooting participants the use of the club’s weapons when taking part in our in shooting activities. We also provide shooting jackets, eye and ear protection, at no extra cost, for those persons who do not have their own equipment.

Please note that the minimum age to participate in shooting activities in Barbados is 18 years. Please contact us for further information.
